Not asking for any specific tool, unless you've found a really good one. I usually measure progress for what I've done project/startup wise through startupschool.org that holds me accountable to those shared on it and daily check-ins with myself that I revisit weekly seeing what I did week over week. Wanted to see how you see yourself progress over time. Its awesome to see "snapshots" of your thought process in the past.
I journal. Looking back over old notes makes me more grateful for what I have obtained because I can recall the day I didn't have a certain thing / experience, and it's like the jigsaw is becoming more complete with each day. I like the way progress 'compounds' over time. There are exponential leaps that can be made if you put in the work.
