Paris' largest taxi firm suspends Tesla Model 3 cars after fatal crash

Is there any evidence this crash had anything to do with Autopilot or FSD? Statistically, the Model 3 is the safest car there is. And do they suspend the Crown Vic or Prius (or whatever the equivalent ubiquitous carbon-emitting taxis are in France) every time they get in a crash?
