The internet is worse than ever, but mostly not because of that net neutrality repeal.

Just because the internet is better (by whatever metric) than before, doesn&#x27;t mean the current policy is detrimental to the growth. ie. Internet might have been even &#x27;better&#x27; if Net Neutrality wasn&#x27;t repealed.<p>Certainly, with the fragmentation of streaming services, I&#x27;d hardly say the internet is better than 4 years ago.
