LOL, planes are always in motion. and can not park and idle like a car. Many other reasons, like air traffic control, killed the idea.
They have made them since the late 50's, remember the James Bond film with one, but they never made a viable product. Prototypes were made and flown, but there was never volume or FAA approval etc. P.T.Barnum was right - There is a sucker....
