Putting aside the shallowness of the argument presented, I think it is important to at least consider that DAO's can change the current paradigm for how creative and innovative work is accomplished and compensated. Consider that it could be possible for "workers" to spend their time creating and contributing to the "organization" and receive compensation not for their time but for the content that is actually used in the organization's output. This would serve to drive the contributions of the "workers" rather than a managerial, top-down set of requirements. This would allow for more emergent and/or evolutionary outcomes of the "organization" while eliminating the need for middle management. If the "worker" isn't producing anything worthwhile for the organization, they aren't compensated, so there is no need to hire or fire anyone. For certain types of industries, this could work. I believe it's worth some experimentation. Sites like "99designs" are the precursors to this concept.
