I don’t understand. The blurring allows you to blur data after it appeared. Isn’t that too late?<p>On top of that, blurring doesn’t work well to hide text. The demo video is a nice example. I don’t even need software to read that header text after it has been blurred. For smaller text, I likely will need software, but even then, blurring only prevents casual onlookers from reading the text.<p>Also, Zoom already has a feature to share a specific window (as opposed to a screen. What’s wrong with that?<p>That leaves the case where you set up the blurring before you start screen sharing. I think that’s a niche use case. It won’t allow you to navigate to a different web page and have sensitive text blurred there, for example.<p>What am I missing?
