Making to-do lists or checklists are not working for me.
Also I was never been able to do proper time boxing. So I created this printable cards for daily routine activities I forget all the time. I will try to use them this month and see how it goes.

Oh, cool! I love the idea of taking positive control of one's life.<p>I had a similar-ish system for when I was unemployed for a long stretch years ago. It was a white board I cut into 8 parts and labelled, "Exercise, Hygiene, etc..." Each contained 2 marks and each mark was a pomodoro 30 minute cycle. Very helpful.
