Hello HN what resources/tools you use for keeping yourself mentally sharp apart from the regular things we all already do like programming/reading/exercises.
The standard boilerplate for any real success in life:<p>Stay off social media. Don't read/watch the news. Exercise regularly, outside if possible. Eat whole foods, mostly plants. Drink plenty of water. Get plenty of sleep. Stay away from drugs. Guard your focus. Meditate regularly. Have a bit of unfocused relaxation daily.
