CentOS 8 stream is still an option, but most people i know that use CentOS 8 don't want to use stream because it's not consistent enough with rhel 8 or other distros based off of it. You don't choose CentOS because you wanted Fedora.<p>For me, I'm going to migrate to Oracle Linux 8. Because Oracle is the devil I know.
