Text based job interviews?<p>How does this industry continue to come up with such innovative new ways to deeply suck at recruiting?<p>The “text based interview” is one of the worst ideas I’ve ever heard.<p>Of course everyone has some grand justification for their bad ideas so I wonder how this terrible idea is justified.<p>Maybe it’s April 1?<p>If a company proposes a “text based interview”, id suggest typing “I’m not interested in your company thanks”, and moving on.
