I’ve been an avid EV driver for many years (driving Tesla myself, but I support all the brands). Increasingly friends have been asking me about EVs to recommend. In my opinion range and efficiency are some of the most important buying criteria, but often the “official” ranges fall short of representing the actual experience. (This is especially true for the WLTP standard, maybe less so for EPA).<p>I’ve been a big fan of Bjørn Nyland’s test videos for a long time (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCG1QcV31eoSaX4rE8avQL4A" rel="nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCG1QcV31eoSaX4rE8avQL4A</a>). His range tests give some really good insights. But finding the right video and data to share with my friends who are looking to buy a particular vehicle can be a bit of a hassle.<p>So I went ahead and created a nice searchable table with all his range test results and the respective video reviews. I also added the EPA/WLTP ranges and some additional data for comparison. I hope y’all find this simple tool useful for making your EV buying decisions.
