I don't think that it is so much about being an introvert. Instead, when working remotely it is possible to configure your work environment to block interruptions. Then when you are in the zone you remain productive and don't get interrupted constantly and thus get more done.<p>I have also noticed that extrovert managers hate it when you ask them to send an email. Their strategy is to talk and then when it suits them deny what they had said. Since you don't have it in writing, it is your word against theirs and they are the boss, so they insist that you are mistaken.
