Maybe contact the artist and see if they have a bigger digital copy of the image that they will give you or sell to you?

I just ran it through <a href="https://bigjpg.com/" rel="nofollow">https://bigjpg.com/</a> at 4x and it looks pretty good

How big do you need it? It looks nice around 12x24 inches already.
