ChannelEngine raises $50M for OS that helps retailers sell through marketplaces

Reminds me of Channel Advisor which was a public company $ECOM. I wonder what happened to them? I think they were basically giving you the ability to sell on AMZN, EBAY and some others. I wonder how many competitors there are.
