Hey. I've been looking for decent skill grids, and Quality Assurance ladders that are being used in companies out there, but over 1 year of searching didn't bring any good results. There is so much from this area for software developers, really nicely thought skill grids or ladders. Anyone ciuld share the ones you use? Or any articles, books or other places where something like that can be found for QA?
QA is not rolled up in to software engineering. Developers are now expected to write UTs and ITs. Except in companies like Apple, where there are still Manual QA and SDET positions.
