It'll be interesting what they say about the warranty implications. I mean obviously it doesn't have any real implication, hell it doesn't even have any implications normally as unless you specifically tell support "I was overclocking" when doing an RMA since the OC status is not otherwise recorded. I'm interested in what they _say_ because the whole situation paints them into a pretty solid corner of either just admitting they can't/don't verify if the chip was OC'd when it is RMA'd.<p>I also wish GPU drivers stopped trying to package the world with the driver. It's getting as bad as games feeling the need to package their own launchers.
