Curious. Have you used freelance developers, contract developers, agencies, sites like Upwork or Gigster, to outsource development of any apps?<p>Why or why not? And whole apps or parts?

If I were looking to build a service, not a mobile-first thing, because I don't believe in those, I definitely would.
