New Social platform that requires ID

Alternately:<p>A new social platform that allows anonymous posting, but is entirely &quot;opt-in&quot; (meaning that posts are not public and can only be read by subscribers).<p>People could use it to socialize with their friends and family instead of strangers&#x2F;bots. It would not get engagement from anger, nor would it be monetized by selling private information.<p>We could call this social network iMessage, WhatsApp, or perhaps Telegram. Just spitballing here.
