I'd like to avoid a website where the code looks like <div class='435e3h e5o85 ps3f88'> if you know what I mean. I'm looking for websites that are efficient, clear to navigate and do not scream "I am a startup, please buy my product". The hackernews website is a great example, albeit not appealing to the non-savvy users. Which websites should I look at ?
I hand-crafted my website (though I wrote something like a framework in the process) so I think it fits what you're asking about. The interface is meant for technical people, however.
