I thought this was going to be about <a href="https://developer.spotify.com/community/news/2022/04/12/libspotify-sunset/" rel="nofollow">https://developer.spotify.com/community/news/2022/04/12/libs...</a> (which did impact Psst very briefly but the maintainer was very quick to fix/hack it).<p>In theory, Spotify's inability to provide a <i>real</i> library/SDK for streaming should be a reason to ditch them. But none of their competitors can boast any better. Nothing about this is technically difficult so it must be a made-up problem thanks to licensing/DRM/lawyers/etc.
