I'm putting together a list of resources for my team, and am looking for external guides to software engineering. Some of my favorites:
* Google's guide to code review: https://google.github.io/eng-practices/review/
* Apple's guide to good app copy: https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2022/10037/
Any others you really like?
I avoid these. Anyone who hopes to solve problems and make actual new advances in thier field of expertise should look at these once then quickly surpass them unto something new like flying cars or faster than light travel. I am sick of this best practice bs. Solve the problem quickly and move on. Stop shackling devs with this bs.
