Court has ruled that a driver should pay more because he was driving an SUV

The reasoning seems fair. As a driver of a 90's shitbox I gotta say, SUVs greatly impair overall visibility for other drivers. And since every automaker started to make rear windows smaller, the problem is exacerbated.
