Is there any real alternative to Skia?

I&#x27;ve been looking for a hardware accelerated vector graphics library and I&#x27;m quite shocked that the only good cross-platform option is Google&#x27;s Skia. Every other library (e.g. Cairo or NanoVG) is either not performant enough or simply no longer maintained. I got my hopes up when I found Pathfinder <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;github.com&#x2F;servo&#x2F;pathfinder" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;github.com&#x2F;servo&#x2F;pathfinder</a> but it seems has been abandoned.<p>What&#x27;s the reason behind this? Text&#x2F;vector rendering is needed pretty much everywhere, so why are so few options for a good vector graphics library?
