Assuming that Uber did have this culture, would changing the corporate culture have prevented individual driver behavior? I'm not sure that it would have. What happens when the perpetrators are multi-app drivers, does Lyft or whoever get shouldered with some portion of the blame (or credited with mitigating it because of their positive culture)?
