I mean... this is far more generally true. If you don&#x27;t have a vitamin deficiency, any extra &quot;supplements&quot; you take just... won&#x27;t be absorbed. You&#x27;ll pee them out. Paying for vitamin supplements when you don&#x27;t have a deficiency is literally pissing your money away.
