Ask HN: Heroku free tier will be stopped, what are some good alternatives?

As Heroku mentioned in its latest blog post, they will stop their free plan starting November 28, 2022. I guess some companies will take advantage of this and will launch a free tier themselves, it's a great time to do that, they surely will get a good amount of new users. So what are some other good alternatives?
