Hey all,
------- TL;DR -------
Could you share your resume which got your through the first stage of the job application process for a good tech company.
--- Longer Version ---
I saw a job opening today that I want to apply for. This is my dream company and I don't like my chances.
I'm applying for a backend engineer position, with 3 years of professional experience. In the four after I graduated I have applied to over 200 positions an has gotten through the resume stage 3 times, and that's for a very poor companies.
There must be something wrong with my resume and the thought of editing it gives me a huge anxiety, since it feels like every word I choose can be a deal breaker between hire and not hire.
So, I thought that with a little inspiration and example I could improve it a lot.

So far I've only been in touch with one recruiter, but he said that he liked it!
Résumés are so boring. I've seen dozens while trying to hire people. Try to be a bit different perhaps?
