One issue in Self Driving Cars (SDCs), and indeed in all of AI that depends on wide-band experience (e.g., web scraping) and sharing among agents (as in SDCs) is how one can make localization work. Those of you living on (or having lived in) Pittsburgh will be familiar with the "Pittsburgh turn" (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pittsburgh_left) I no longer live there, but I'm curious whether anyone living there now knows whether the SDCs running around in the streets there do Pittsburgh turns? (You'd probably have to have been a trainer to answer this with any deep knowledge).
