What I notice is exactly zero mention of charging anybody in the Justice Department or FBI with any crime. Not even those who knowingly, blatantly lied in sworn statements.<p>There are laws on the books about that. Why are they refusing to enforce the law?

No duh. Cops lie, all the time. They are virtually immune from prosecution whether it’s for lying on a document, lying on the stand or even executing someone in the street.<p>It’s great that this one may actually face accountability for their crime (embarrassing a judge) but there will <i>never</i> be accountability for the judges who rubber stamp every nonsense warrant that comes across their desk.

With those papers kept unsealed, it should be easier for attorneys to get people back their stolen property. Amazing how easy this theft really was. A judge really signed off on the FBI randomly confiscating 1400 unknown safe deposit boxes!? It would be entertaining to hear Steve Lehto&#x27;s and Marc Randazza&#x27;s takes.
