Microsoft executives say it's 'wrong' for managers to spy on remote employees'

Okay, then stop enabling it within Teams and other office products.

Spying on remote employees is the result of managers not being able to draw conclusions about worker's productivity from their output. This obviously points to more serious internal problems.

Huh? I thought MS was leading the charge on this
