I am building a site for fully location-independent jobs for Digital nomads to live and work anywhere.
The site is little over a month old and seen by 40k people.
I think work from anywhere is a perk that companies also want to boast about(Think Atlassian's latest campaign).
But I don't know how to effectively convey it to recruiters and make them post on my site.
I'd appreciate your ideas and suggestions.
Just an idea, without prior knowledge of the common business models of this domain:
Maybe instead of asking recruiters to pay in order to post, just post on their behalf and charge them for candidate applications. You'll need some sort of flywheel to get the marketplace running, so if you're confident you will be able to source relevant candidates, maybe that's your chance.
