Extinction Rebellion, ELF, ...<p>With Russia attacking Ukraine, this is the perfect distraction to prevent anyone from considering who has the biggest motive to do something like this.<p>You might think they don't have the means, but they have deep pockets and could buy the necessary equipment. You don't need to be a state actor to do this kind of thing anymore.
