So, I'm not that into Elon Musk's actions here, but the headline makes it sound like it was working in Crimea, and he decided to block it. It was already not working in Crimea, and he declined to turn it on. I still wish he had, but the fact that he's sticking with the status quo on this particular point is highly relevant. It's more like "staying out of it" than it is like "taking Russia's side". At least on this point.
