Have you ever had to make a website for someone residing in China?<p>My client wants a simple blogging service like blogger or wordpress, but blogger.com and wordpress.com are both currently blocked I believe. I could install wordpress on my own server, but would that get blocked as well? Am I putting my client at risk of persecution by offering them blogging services or even talking about blogging services? The content is certainly nothing illegal as far as I know, its just tourism services and travel guides.
