Hey, I'll also grift any potential customer of this guy by providing the absolute minimum product that could potentially constitute a "usable" piece of code, provide no ongoing support or maintenance and not have any plans for actually onboarding developers to maintain your brand new piece of crap. I'll do it for only $9995 though. Hmu.
To be clear, this is a nonsensical offering. 15 days is not enough to produce any ""MVP"" that couldn't also be made using Google Forms and a spreadsheet. They're promising "1 months for fixing bugs(if any)" which also presumably overlaps with them working on other projects.
Absolute best case scenario, he's templating wordpress/shopify/etc or using MUI or Bootstrap etc with React to shit out CRUD at lightning pace, this is not going to actually attract customers, so it's not really an "MVP" at all, I'd call it a "demo" at best.
Plus the moment you get your first customer you're expected to already be working on the next big thing to keep your customers around, this can't happen if you're spending your launch period sitting on your hands to "validate" the idea.
Just hire a part-time if you want your random idea produced on the cheap, this will turn out infinitely better for you and everyone involved as you'll likely be able to upgrade your developer to a full-time employee if things actually go your way, which gives you at least a foothold in building a team.
Or, get this; learn to code, it's not that hard.

Nice hustle, but should people really outsource their MVP to someone? Building it is not the hard part, and they will still have to support it and keep developing it. I think a personal touch matters more (it should be a Minimum Lovable Product) and customer development is everything. Giving $10,000 to some hustler is not the way to go, it's way above the market rate too.
No offense, but you will only make $10,000,000 in 5 years if you manage to rob a bank. You keep focusing on your greed instead of the market, which have certain realities.
