So I incorporated 20:4 interminent fasting into my daily routine and it has been incredible for a lot of things lately. Things like:-<p>- No more evening slump.<p>- Much more alertness during what used to be my dinner time.<p>- A general feeling of lightness.<p>For those who might not know, it's basically I can eat whatever I want to between those 4 hours in a day, and can not for the other 20 hours.
