Currently it would sweep over mid-Russia, taking a curve straight to Moscow.

Proposed Russian &quot;tactical&quot; nuclear would be short range, low yield. Some 100 sqr km would be unhealthy for hewmans. Makes further military action impossible and freezes the situation for 100s of years.<p>This kind of weapon is abhorred by NATO. But now that Finland is part of the equation, it would be quite suitable. Finland is surrounded by wilderness. The very moment Russians starts to move military close to border, those areas could be conveniently cleansed with no loss of life, except some rats (and russians).
