iCracked is a startup iPhone repair company in Sunnyvale looking to bring on a logistics / office manager who is responsible for shipping anything that leaves headquarters that go to our 100+ locations and 3rd party purchasers. Whether it be small electronics, documents, or other parts - Shipping them professionally and accurately is extremely important. Being a perfectionist or having extreme attention to detail is GREAT. Being familiar with how electronics work, specifically iPhones is also huge plus. We will train you, but you have to be quick learner and more importantly, we are looking for someone who is INNOVATIVE and can grow with the team. We treat our employees and IC's very well, and understanding how startup companies function is necessary. This really isn't a traditional office job, it's a fun environment where most of us are just out of college and working 80 hour weeks growing this company to be a world class enterprise. As we grow we would love to promote this position to manage people under them. Taking initiative and responsibility is necessary for this position to be successful.<p>Duties include but are not limited to:<p>· Text, QC, label, inventory, ship, repair small electronics - specifically iPhone parts
· Report and manage inventory levels
· Update website and inventory - being proficient with computers is necessary
· Check customer service on website - respond accordingly
· Check and follow up on messages left on our 1-800 number
· Answer any questions our iTechs may have regarding a repair or order that they have recently places
· Repair broken iPhones and assemblies
· Report any office supplies that we are getting low on- always be sure we are stocked on necessary supplies to keep everything running smoothly
· Assist the CEO, VP of Expansion and Sales, and Refurbishment Manger with any tasks they need
