Rate: Negotiable based on experience<p>Technical Skills Required<p>2 or more years of experience in Flash programming (AS 2 and 3 development)
Strong background in object oriented programming
Experience integrating ActionScript 3 with Facebook APIs.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
A keen eye for interface design and good usability
Experience integrating Flash with other programming languages and server technologies
Thorough understanding of object oriented design and programming
