I begrudgingly got through all the legal speak. There is a lot out there that people are getting wrong (like those who claim the solution is to host outside the US, that's the exact opposite effect!) and a lot people are missing (like the entire section about statutory damages for doing harm to a person, yes they talk about hurting as in death/dismemberment from websites).
I hadn't because I figured it'd be too long. I just looked it up and its "only" 36 pages, so I might give it a try.<p>According to Wikipedia its HR3261, which is here:

The one thing that reading it made me realize is that I'm not a lawyer -- although from my crude view it seemed that it could be abused, and seemed to favor those with the means.
