Multimodal AI self-chat – BlenderBot3 GPT3 Stable Diffusion lexica art?

I think ChatGPT does some kind of self chat. I noticed if you ask it to do something general it will list the steps and start iterating over the steps. Also, I read somewhere it will summarize it's chat history as input.
