Getting reps together in a room far from their constituents does sound pretty XVIII at this point. I mean, there will always be some amount of <a href="https://youtu.be/p0xg_pu6hMc?t=1027" rel="nofollow">https://youtu.be/p0xg_pu6hMc?t=1027</a> sausage making, but why privilege reps over their constituents when it comes to communications proximity?<p>(the first time I ever floated this idea, people were laughing at the notion of politicians typing "A/S/L" to each other, which will give you all some idea of how long I think it's technically been possible)
