What's more, if they are scraping the page they may miss some or may still have some that have since closed.<p>The "easy to apply" approach from these sites often results in a poorer quality application and resume than applying directly.<p>If you are attempting to apply to these companies and want to get in rather than just throw resumes at the wall and see what sticks, your time is best spent learning to use the career portal at that company - save searches, sign up for job alerts and then apply through that portal.<p>You may find it useful to use those job aggregators to get an idea of companies to search for or the titles of positions, but they tend not to be the best way to apply (and certainly not the "easy apply" when the company in question may get scores or hundreds of applications for that position).<p>Frankly, for these companies anything other than applying directly on the page is trying to play a numbers game and putting the applicant at a disadvantage when it comes to the quality of the application.
