Nope. That's 2 hours of footage you'd have to somehow extrapolate from a short clip without any artifacts or obvious looping.<p>Even if that part was possible, you'd have to somehow combine multiple different AIs to generate the voice, lipsync to the voice, and generate a seamless 2 hour video of it.<p>Even if <i>that</i> was possible, it'd take you a helluva lot longer than 2 hours to setup.<p>What you could do is use an AI to generate your voice, and you can just mouth the words while watching anime. But that'd probably be harder than just doing it normally.
