Long ago, there were vibrant communities around web sites dedicated to making tools for a particular purpose more discoverable.<p>Little me spent hours trying to understand various plugins for some disassembler or one of a billion ideosyncratic excutable packers.<p>Good times, but I tried and I cannot remember a single name of any of those sites.
