"similar to the constitutional presidential term limit, entrepreneurial-minded people should be obliged to reinvent themselves after a decade of working at the same company" - I love this mindset!
Disclaimer: I'm Jacek's brother - so I know the story. What impressed me, though, is his human-centric approach to creating the Warsaw team. I visited his office and experienced a lot of thought on how to make the office and structure designed for people. There was a whole voting process on how to paint different rooms. Except for the ones visible in the blog post, there is even more visual diversity (trees, rainbows, Sierpiński's triangle, Lem's planet). Or that except for typical IT spaces for beer and entertainment, there were (more popular in general) places to relax, and also ones for employee's children. He created a culture that takes workers' needs and work-life balance seriously. (Here, on HN, it may sound like blasphemy.)
Sure, I know I am biased here. But I have also heard the story for a few friends of mine, and their account was similar.
