I&#x27;ve done this (or a similar window) and yes it works. I think for me was because I definitely ate less, there was likely one late meal I was skipping.<p>But perhaps there is some validity to letting your insulin levels drop for 12 hours or so where when your insulin does climb back up, it is better utilized by your cells. Basically it&#x27;s a counter to insulin resistance.
