What is their intention of statements like this knowing that they themselves ban foreign social media?

That is a silly accusation.<p>If I were a Chinese propagandist, I would instead point to the irony of the U.S. complaining about a tase of its own foreign influence medicine (which I would debate but is still kinda a valid point).
