I came across a interesting Twitter thread recently (this: https://twitter.com/shreyas/status/1221260189921202176 ) that discussed the use of a specific lexicon to foster psychological safety during a pre-mortem project analysis ritual, allowing members of the team to openly and comfortably discuss challenging topics. IMHO this is a requirement for creating high-performing teams that continue to take risks and innovate despite failure.<p>Which rituals (if any) did you, or the leadership, introduce to foster psychological safety and increase risk taking tolerance of your team? If you don't have rituals, what else is it working for you?
