I actually thought about writing a similar blog post for my bootstrapped business. But figured it'd lack empathy for the founders who are affected and are stressing right about now. Including some of my friends. Not to mention that you can still be affected by SVB even when bootstrapped, e.g. if you used Stripe Atlas to open your business account, or generally banked with SVB. Thankfully, I don't. But it's still possible, so this isn't strictly an issue affecting only VC-funded businesses. It can also have secondary effects on the entire market.<p>I do wonder if I'll get any emails from concerned customers this weekend. Both asking about Keygen, and also asking for leeway if they're late on payments.<p>We'll see. It's a sucky situation.
